At Coastal Rehab, we recognize the impact of injury, age and/or disease on the whole body as well as the limitations it may set on your life.

The Coastal Core program can benefit you if you experience any of the following:

  • Falls, Pain, Tightness
  • Postural changes
  • Inability to complete meaningful activity
  • Desire to resume physical activity

Our therapy is designed to regain function as well as develop body awareness for future injury prevention.

YOGA

Improve balance, strength and flexibility through a series of poses that integrate mind, body and soul.  Other benefits include relaxing the nervous system and decreasing stress.  Flexibility is not a prerequisite to use these time honored poses in rehabilitation.

PILATES

Full body awareness, breathing and core muscle recruitment are used to encourage alignment, flexibility, coordination and strength.  Exercise develop core strength for stronger abdominal, pelvic, hip, buttock and low back muscles.

TRX®

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  TRX® benefits people of all fitness levels, from professional athletes to seniors.
